If somebody comes to Vegas to be a cabbie with the hopes of coming home every nite with a stack of $100 bills because customers don't have change, they will be seriously dissappointed. Sure wish it worked that way, but it doesn't. Having T & A and being a cocktail server works very well. If you have been a dealer in Las Vegas for years and years, and actually work your way into one of the few good paying dealer jobs, such as Wynn Resort, then somebody like Steve Wynn will come along and steal 20% of the tips you earn in order to pay his managers, so that he doesn't have to take some money out of his bank account to pay his own managers. That's a fact. Very entertaining.
